The only problem is that they stop working after about 2-3 years when the warranty is already gone. The repair center replaced one once with a completely different model. It trims my beard accurately and cleanly and never pulls or tears. The six adjustment setting, each of which is for a specified length, are precise and foolproof. The guard is exactly the right size and shape, allowing me to get the trimmer into my chin and the side of my neck. The integrated charger is cleverly designed; it's very convenient not having a charge-cord to forget when I travel. The unit is lightweight and easy to clean. It would have been nice to have had a travel pouch, but the price is so good that I don't feel short-changed by its omission. Faultless design at a great price.
