Comment: I've had this rack for over a month now and it is sturdy and doesn't take up much space. I've dried everything from jeans to heavy floor mats on it and it has held up. You do get what you pay for and this rack is much better than the cheaper wooden versions...

Summary: Almost Perfect!
Comment: Five years ago, I bought a chrome drying rack from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It was sturdy (thick metal cross braces) and I went looking for another. There is no brand name stamped into the product, so I went to the same store looking for the product. That store now carries a cheaply made, poor excuse for the former product. So, I tried this one. The Whitney drying rack is much better than anything that I could find at any of my local stores. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it isn't quite as sturdy as my first one (thinner cross braces). However, this one is much preferred over the junk that they are trying to get us to buy at the big box retailers.

Comment: I love this drying rack and use it everyday. It is not very big but is perfect for 6-8 items of clothing. It saves money from not using the electric dryer.

Comment: This item is so portable you can dry a small load of clothes in your home, backyard, garage, or anywhere without an unsightly clothesline to deal with! I like it so much...I ordered another so I can dry larger loads and keep my dryer use to a minimum (this keeps our garage cooler...and the whole house cooler as well). Great for a single person or small family! LOVE IT!
