The above shoe was recommended by the Dr. to eliviate heel pain. Unfortunately, the pain continued and I had to receive cortozone shots. I have been able to wear the shoes since, although I'm not sure how effective they are, they certainly don't hurt the cause.

Comment: PRO: New Balance is one of the very few manufacturers that still make ANY shoes in my size (13AAA). Delivery was prompt. Price was very reasonable. And the fit was good.
CON: This shoe has very little arch support. The new pair seems to have even less support than the same style I bought last year.
