Summary: 2 In Chi Straightener - good results
Comment: I did some pretty extensive research before deciding on a Chi Hair Straightener. So far, I'm very pleased. I have long, very course hair with medium curls and poofy issues. I'm currently growing out some of the shorter sections and have found this tool very helpful in keeping my hair from looking like a helmet. Basically, I straighten the top portion of my hair and let the bottom remain curly - it actually looks pretty good. I did get a very good price ($89.00) but there was no warranty in the box and no instructions. My question is whether my iron is new or refurbished???? So far no problems, though. The Chi hair straightening products are also very good.

Comment: Yes the Chi Straightener is awesome and well worth the money, but do not buy from this company. I got the turbo 2 inch and when it arrived it was broken. I had a replacement sent to me but when that straightener came in... not only was it the wrong (1 inch instead of 2 inch) but it was ALSO broken like the first. They sent me a full refund once I returned both straighteners...But my point is buy this product from a more responsible company.

Comment: This is the best CHI Iron I've purchased. I'm on the third one because I'm very careless with them and tend to break them. This one is very sturdy and love how HOT it gets. I recommend it especially for the price I paid on AMAZON.com. LOVE IT!

Comment: My hair is very curly and can get extremely frizzy. This flat iron is awesome. It takes me about 45 minutes to get it straight which is actually not a lot of time at all considering my hair is very long. It eliminates the frizz as it straightens and leaves your hair shiny and super soft. It does not damage your hair as other flat irons do. I highly recommend this product.
