I ordered it the first day I was sick It came 3 days after I was better, and it was pills I thought I ordered liquid Customer Rating: Summary: very good product Comment: PLEASE NOTE: READ DIRECTIONS BEFORE USING Tylenol Extra Strength PM really helps ease the discomfort of muscle aches and pains when I have the flu, a bad cold or if I just simply pulled a muscle. This offers me a very good alternative to aspirin if I need pain relief; and it has a very non habit forming way of helping you drift off to sleep to get the rest you need when you're not feeling well. Obviously, even with the ingredients that help you drift off to sleep, this is essentially for short term pain relief from relatively minor aches and pains. It can even help to temporarily reduce a fever. If you have any major problems or concerns consult a doctor before taking this product. Tylenol comes packaged rather well and you should use this before the expiration date printed on the bottle. If the expiration date has passed throw this out and get a new bottle of Tylenol. All in all, I have used Tylenol for decades and I have always been satisfied. It helped when I started a course of chemotherapy last month and it has almost never let me down.
