Summary: Love it!!
Comment: I love this product. I have never been a dedicated flosser and I needed something as I get bad buildup so my denstist suggested this and I went and picked it up. So what if it's another machine/gadget that just sits there. Well I can tell you so far I love it. My mouth feels clean and I love that feeling. Very happy I picked it up. Right now since its the first time I am really using and its only been a couple of weeks, I have it on two. I think the pressure is great and the water tank is enough for me. Hopefully, I will be able to crank it up once my gums get more use to the pressure. The water does squirt around a little but that is expected since its flowing water. Flowing water is never neat but I don't think this is a big problem at all, at least for me.

Summary: DIED AFTER THREE MONTHS/ FLIMSY
Comment: After 3 months of use, some internal little bit of plastic in the handle which holds the piks failed, making it useless (unless you just want to spray water all over your bathroom.) Very disappointing because it seemed to work fine prior to that and is supposed to be the top of their line.

Comment: Have been very happy with the Waterpik. Already got an A+ from my dentist after using it just a couple weeks! My gums are definitely healthier! I highly recommend this product!

Summary: bad choice!
Comment: This product does a good job of cleaning, as long as it's working! Mine was about 2 months old when the thumb button--which, when depressed, stops the flow of the water to keep messes to a minimum--became stuck, so no water would flow. It had been an intermittent problem prior to that, but now it is permanently stuck. In trying to get it to release, the entire handle split open--and still the button was stuck down.
I had an older Water Pik model before this one, which also quit working after a few months' time. I am looking for a new brand......
