Comment: Of all the reviews I had read I was completely skeptical of purchasing. It appeared that there were many more unhappy people than there were happy. However, I was having lots of issues with my current Word program. Here's what I found, Those that were upset as a result of the Microsoft "ribboning" shouldn't be. Life is full of changes, and because of their new layout and after a week of experimenting I have learned more Word tricks than I knew before. Power Point and Excel, are easily learned because of the same basic "ribboning" principle. Overall, This was an exceptional purchase for the price. The product was delivered in an above excellant timeframe as well as packaged well. I like that the program allows installation on three computers. As always Amazon's high standards for their sellers supercedes my expectations of business, Thank you.
