I had gotten the extra ball for either my daughter (who doesn't really need it)or a friend. Well I started using it instead and I can already feel and see a difference in my abs - my pants are fitting better - not as much muffin top. I would recommend. Using any of the balls really does make it easier on your back and neck than doing regular sit ups.
