Comment: Worked perfectly with my Verizon KRZR, and much cheaper than buying at the store. However, I could not remove the back plate on my phone and had to go the Verizon store anyway. Turns out that it was glued on.

Comment: This product really did not improve battery life as advertised. I can sometimes get 2 days out of it. I don't talk a lot on the phone, so I really expected more battery life for just sitting idle most of the time.
