Summary: Great shoe!
Comment: I bought these for my son for track season. They held up superbly during training season as well as track season. He had no problems breaking them in. They were used for running on grass, sand, mulch and concrete with no problems. He has been using them for running since track season has ended. They still look fantastic and are not showing substantial wear.
I believe they are worth the money because they didn't cause him pain or any foot problems. We will buy a new pair each season. I highly recommend these.

Comment: I ordered those shoes for my dad. He likes them a lot and he told me to order him another pair. Although now he wants to go with the kayano 14. Probably not that much of a difference.
But he really likes the shoes. They are good for his feet and he runs 8 miles everyday so he does need goo equipment, and I like the color.

Summary: Kayanos are all good
Comment: Great stability and cushioning shoe. I have had trouble with shin splints and my achillies and find these shoes far superior to the 2100 series. Definitely worth the extra money spent, I wouldn't go back to 2100s.
