Customer Rating: Summary: Too much background noise! Comment: This product is easy to use however the background noise my callers hear is terrible!! You have to be in a quiet room or not driving to get the best use. Which is not good since I bought it to drive with.
Customer Rating: Summary: 1 week lifetime Comment: For the 1 week it did work, the volume was way too low.
After 1 week no voice was being transmitted to other end; one. Had to return.
Customer Rating: Summary: D.O.A...Twice!! Comment: I purchased the H800 along with a different bluetooth headset (A Samsung), 2 cell phones and a service plan with T-mobile, all through Amazon. I struggled to pair the headsets with either phone for about a day as I was brand new to the technology and hadn't even heard the word "paring" in reference to a cell phone before.
By the end of said day I paired the Sumsung. Two days later I still couldn't pair the H800. The "Easy pair" mode seems like a lie to me. So, I returned it and a few days later received a brand new one from Amazon. Guess what? SAME THING! Here's the scenario:
You open the box.
Plug the charger to the wall and in to the H800.
A green light turns on. According to the H800 booklet the green light indicates a fully charged battery.
You unplug the H800.
According to the booklet To pair with a phone all you have to do is hit the "Call" button once. The slider will slide out and you'll be in pairing mode! Not so fast.
You hit the "Call" button and nothing happens. And I truly mean nothing. No lights, no sounds, not even little X's over it's eyes to signify the thing is a corpse of a headset.
Again, this is not some freak D.O.A. It happened TWICE. Both times were exactly the same! This product is a worthless hunk of junk! I'm starting to think Amazon has a defective batch of H800's.
BUYER BEWARE!!!
Customer Rating: Summary: works great Comment: It works very well. Also, the ability to lock the boom so that when it gets bumped in your pocket is very important.
Customer Rating: Summary: For the PS3 or my Razor2 it Works Flawlessly Comment: I bought this Headset first and foremost for use with my Playstation 3 System.
Other headsets have Connection problems (the disconnect allot and wont reconnect with leaving the game) and this headset not only stays connected, most of the time, but if it ever loses connection, a quick close and opening of the slider and Bang your back in action.
I tried it with my Razor2 to see if it work and it did.
I uses a little voice function in the ps3 to check the voice Quality (you hear yourself on the speakers)
I just Works and it does it well, thats i ask of all the things i buy
