Summary: Very very weak chime
Comment: I thought I was buying a real door bell or chime, instead it sounds more like a jewelry box. One reviewer (to whom I should have listened) said the sound range was 20 feet ..... I suggest that was a very generous range .... to me it would be more like 5 feet if there is any radio or TV. Also, the included battery ..... was not included. If I can figure out how .... I'm sending it back.

Summary: Cheap and does the job
Comment: It is cheap and does the job. The chime is about twenty feet from the transmitter and works fine. The quality of the product and the instructions could be better though. One big issue I have is that the button on the transmitter must be held in for about 2 seconds before the chime rings. When I first installed it I thought it was broken until I realized that. I will have to put a label next to the button stating that it should be held for 2 seconds.

This newly introduced ST18 wireless doorbell is a sister product of widely praised Sunnybell doorbells ST60, ST66 & ST78, which have been well known for their long transmission range and durability. This product comes with one pushbutton (transmitter) & one doorbell (receiver), the pushbutton runs on a 12V battery, which is included in the package, and the doorbell is a plug-in type, no batteries needed. Both the transmitter and the receiver have a 16 coded channel to choose. The doorbell has three modes, you can choose the ding-dong sound, or the flashing LED light, or both. The flashing light feature is great for those who are hearing impaired or if the doorbell is used in a noisy environment.
