Summary: Inexpensive and Adequate
Comment: This is a nice, little, inexpensive seaker system that is perfectly adequate for anyone who is not looking for superior sound quality. It has a slim design that I appreciate because my computer table is so covered with things that I use. My only criticism is that the system would not work, when I hooked it up, and I had to have my computer tech come out to look at it. He could not find that I had done anything incorrectly, but for some reason his fiddling with the system caused it to start working. I have had no problems with it since then. I like the design of the volume control.

Summary: Great Sound for the Price
Comment: For the person that just wants to hear good sound from a cd while trying to do something on the pc, or average sound from a game this is the winning choice. It of course does not compare with higher priced 5.1 channel surround sound. However, for ease of use in a small space you get a mighty sound! Great buy for the money.

Comment: While these are not the most powerful speakers you can buy for your computer they are certainly one of the best bargains. They are crystal clear even at high volume. They are small and well suited for a setup with limited available space. The external volume control is quite handy. I'm very pleased with this purchase. If you're looking for a great value on a standard 2.1 speaker set pick these up.

Comment: These put out pretty good sound, but if they are turned up too loud, then they will distort and throw some static into the mix. Also, the bass adjustment is on the back of the subwoofer, that I keep on the floor a bit out of the way. The volume control is neat with the dial on top, but it is not as heavy as the wires connected to it, so the wires decide where the control will stay put if they are hanging off the back of the desk. I think I'm going to use these speakers on my auxiliary computer and go back to using my older, bigger ones on my new computer.
