Comment: We keep both the topical preparation and the homeopathic tablets Hyland's Arnica Montana, 30X, Tablets, 250 tablets (Pack of 3) in our medicine cabinet. We use the topical for muscle soreness, sprains, strains, and to reduce swelling. It is not good for an open wound. We combine this with the homeopathic tablets with excellent results. I have heard it said that "God created arnica so we would become interested in natural health care." Arnica is an amazingly simple and effective remedy.
