Comment: I was pleased to find this item at a reasonable price. When I purchased my Nokia phone; the phone store did not have one in stock and it was priced much higher. I went to about three other stores in addition, with no luck. I purchased the cord through Amazon at a good price. The cord came quickly and works perfectly. A satisfied customer.

Comment: The product works fine and everything but why on earth did I pay $23.95 for express shipping when it showed up a week later. I was also told it was shipped Via Fedex and it was not it was sent via United States Postal Service which to me obviously wouldn't get it here in an express manor. What a waste of time and money.
