Summary: Incorrect Amazon description-not noise canceling
Comment: I was surprised when I saw the BT3010 listing by Amazon, because it states that this model is a noise canceling headset. I had not seen that claim before for this model, so I checked on the Jabra website. Jabra does NOT mention either in their general description or in the detailed specifications that the BT3010 is noise canceling. I offer this information as a review, because I do not know how to alert the Amazon people to correct their listing.

Comment: It's my first BT headset, I was gonna use it on the IP phone(for work) and cell phone(in the car), I ended up just using it in the car...the battery doesn't last long to talk on the IP phone, but it's great for the price, cover designs, sound quality, and lightweight...

Comment: fits in my ear without the ear loop. Good volume...sounds as good as the Jabra $100 but fits much better. Love the lanyard/necklace...can hang it in the car or around my neck without having to leave it in the ear like a dork.

Comment: I have a "Super Slice" by UTStarcom. It's a super-slim "candy bar" type phone with Bluetooth connectivity. Since this was my first Bluetooth enabled phone, it was only a matter of time before curiosity got the better of me. I'm not a cell phone junkie. I don't use my phone every day. I wasn't looking to spend lot's of money for something I would use maybe two or three days out of a week. The Jabra BT3010 is a good value. It's not top-of-the-line, but the quality surpassed what I was expecting. The sound quality is good. According to callers it doesn't make my voice sound tinny. It's small enough to wear on your ear by itself, but it comes with an ear-clip for a more secure fit. It also comes with a lanyard so you can hang it around your neck. I use the lanyard when I don't want to wear the BT3010 in my ear all day, but need it within reach. The coolest thing is that you can change the look of the Jabra BT3010 simply by replacing it's faceplate. The BT3010 comes with 33 additional faceplates, or you can go to their website and design your own, and print it out. All-in-all this is a good product for first time users or young adults.

Comment: This item is really easy to use. I like how it fits in my ear. I also like the different skins it has so that you can change them depending on the mood you are in at that time. It works with any phone that I have. I like that alot.
