Comment: To elaborate on other reviews, this is a memory card for GAMECUBE games, ONLY. It says Wii compatible because the Nintendo Wii can play Gamecube games as well as it's own Wii games, but there's a specific slot for the Gamecube necessities such as the Gamecube controllers and said Gamecube memory cards, as you can't use the Wii's own system memory or Wiimote controllers with Gamecube games.
Furthermore, a, "Wii compatible" Gamecube memory card is not necessarily needed, if you have an original Gamecube memory card, it will most likely work with the Wii, as will the original Gamecube controllers. If not, then the labeled "Wii compatible" memory cards are a sure bet.

Comment: Lots of storage space and works without a hitch.
I got a little nervous when I opened the shipping packaging and saw that the logo said the memory card was for the Wii. But it works perfectly fine on the gamecube.
