Comment: I have read the instructions several times and I think out of box, my stepper is broken.
I received it and it was already inflated - I was told it would be deflated. So I hit the button to inflate because you're supposed to do that before every use. I got on, after 4 steps it was flat. I got off, reinflated got back on, same results.
There is no toll-free number or email provided on the website. After reading reviews, I found the stepper not staying inflated is a huge problem that many people have.

Comment: I saw it on TV and I bought it as soon as I could. This is the best way for me to excercise, I am so lazy to go to the gym, but with the Air Climber I am always waiting for the time that I can excercise... I really enjoy it!!!! Because the girl in the videos makes me feel so good with her energy and entusiasm and all the girls and guys in the video are so pretty that makes you thinks I want to be like them, so makes me work out the most!!! It is great!!! with all the other machines I have used, I have been having problems in my knees(specially), but with the Air Climber I am not hurt!!! I am so happy to have it!!! I think this is one of the best buys I have ever made.... In 12 days I have lost 6 pounds, and I feel much better now... I really recommend it!!!!
