Summary: All is good except included software.
Comment: Advertised as being for LG VX5400 phone, and it fit perfectly. Shipment was quick and painless. The only drawback, however, was the fact that the included software did not successfully connect as the USB was not detected as pure USB. Open-source software (BitPim) was soon discovered and connection to the computer was successful

Comment: Almost broke my phone, doesn't fit in the slot. Unless I was shipped the wrong product by Bargain Cell, this does not work with the Lg Vx 8350.
